PSCDC is a non-profit company that acts as the managing general partner for low and moderate income apartment properties in California and Arizona. Our properties are financed by Low Income Housing Tax Credits, State Bonds, Redevelopment Agency and Housing Authority grants and loans, as well as private donations. More information

We are the managing general partner of 40 properties serving 3,655 families. We also provide a comprehensive range of services to our residents that are tailored to their needs and circumstances. PSCDC encourages volunteers to participate in our programs and we welcome the help of our residents in running the classes we provide. More information
